This well known and highly experienced team have taken a very measured approach to their growth, but as a result of that now need another Leading Hand to join the team. They have a small, lean and highly effective team, with a number of loyal staff members with 10+ years with the company, some for much, much longer. Known for producing high quality finishes across all their projects, they are also adept at offering innovative ideas and methods in commercial construction.

This company really believe in their people. There is almost never an opportunity to come into this team as a senior as they really grow all of their people from the ground up. This is what they want to do with you! You will be a trade qualified builder, preferably either with or eligible for your LBP, and you'll want to start your career in commercial construction.

You'll start exclusively on the tools while you prove yourself for a couple of months, and when you've done that you'll be trained by some of the best in the business through the ranks, and eventually you'll come out as a Site Manager or Project Manager with one of the most respected construction companies in Wellington.

For your efforts, you could start on up to $30p/h plus; tool allowance, kiwisaver, PPE and licencing fees.
