Detail information about job Senior Quantity Surveyor. Terms and conditions vacancy

  • Work directly for the client
  • Great career opportunities
  • Looking for something different to your standard QS role?
This highly respected development organisation have multiple projects on the go from inception through to construction stage throughout the country. Due to an extremely busy project workflow and in particular some large jobs that need a singular focus they are looking to take on an Auckland based Senior QS.

This internal developments and construction team delivers highly technical construction concepts and their projects encompass all aspects of commercial, residential and civil construction. They now require more like minded people to join the team and assist them to achieve their lofty goals. Ideally you will come from a main contractor background and have a good range of experience across large scale residential and commercial projects. You will hold a relevant QS degree and possibly be a registered QS. However we welcome applications from QS's with different backgrounds.

As the biggest and most challenging projects are Auckland based you will be tasked with the largest and most technically difficult projects.

You will be rewarded with a salary package between $140K and $170K, association subscriptions and a fantastic social working environment.
