Our client is well established in the digital marketing space here in Hawke's Bay. They might be small; we would say perfectly formed actually…..but then that is not quite true as they need a sales person to join their team and to get really active in the Hawke's Bay market. These clever guys are about to launch a seriously sharp new digital product. It’s proven, and we feel certain it will be a real success here. We back them, and know for sure they are on to a good thing.

Your role will be to promote, engage and sell their new offering. It’s going to be a game changer in the Hawke's Bay business, social, and sporting community. Pre-market assessments indicate the uptake will be strong. We need someone with the energy and sales ability to spread the news of this new product; face to face and electronically. You will be the one who gets out and fosters relationships, demonstrates the value of the offering and on-boards their new clients.

This new role is suited to someone who is confident in selling media. It’s likely you will have an established network, and the courage that it takes to approach people and sell based on needs and adding value. Affinity with social media and digital space will be important here. These guys don’t yet have rigid sales targets. They do know there is huge potential out there and your earnings can reflect this. They want someone who is used to working with sales and conversion targets and can manage a wide range of activity, projects and clients at any one time.  You will be highly organised and process driven and you will know how to deliver to the client. You will have excellent communication skills and a high level of professional responsiveness with internal and external stakeholders. This is a nimble industry, fast paced and highly energetic and will see you working with a passionate and engaging team.
