As a Customer Service & Sales Consultant you will work closely with your team to deliver excellent customer service by communicating product knowledge to maximise sales, build customer loyalty and provide an amazing in-store experience.
At oobe people are key to our success so we seek only the best candidates who are passionate brand ambassadors and determined to contribute to our team performance.
We have a full time role with approximately 40 rostered hours per week, this may include late nights, weekend and public holiday shifts. You will also earn commission on meeting sales targets.
Position Requirements:
- Experience in achieving sales targets
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service, product knowledge and selling skills in line with the oobe brand
- Demonstrated effectiveness as a team member with a strong focus on productivity
- Prior technical knowledge of Apple a bonus
- A passion for the retail industry, and a strong sense of pride in our products
- A team player who can be self-motivated is a must
- Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours according to business needs/peak trade periods
