It's a huge ask, and these are some big shoes that need filling, the question is: can you handle it?
 
HOW: 
  • Strive to grow brand awareness of TAPI throughout NZ's Real Estate industry (and beyond!)
  • Sense sales leads in their sleep and optimize conversion rates to increase our customer base
  • Identify, nourish and cultivate new business opportunities outside of our core offer
  • Deliver pitch-perfect sales presentations, bringing home the big cheese on a weekly basis
  • Be tech-savvy and use our CRM daily to document/update sales activities
  • Use the phone like your life depends on it, cold calling prospective decision makers on a weekly basis
  • Constantly review our marketing materials to ensure they are on-point with our brand message
  • Keep their ear to the ground, staying ahead of industry trends to keep us in front of the competition
  • Be the guy/gal that knows a guy/gal, growing a network of contacts to increase sales leads
  • Step up and represent the company at industry/commercial events and trade shows – the fun bit
  • Hit the road, spending 75% of your time in front of clients and prospective customers around NZ and eventually Oz.
 Think this sounds like you? Bonus points for:
  • Experience working in Property Management / Real Estate (winning at Monopoly doesn't count);
  • 2 years B2B/SaaS sales experience with a passion for technology;
  • Being fun to work with while telling it how it is, no matter what;
  • Being a team player and leading the charge to team events after work;
