This role requires building strong relationships and selling high quality top line events, services and products

Our modern Mount Eden offices are purpose built and flooded with natural light. We have an in-house hospitality suite for hosting and our stunning open plan production kitchen is overlooked by the fantastic tasting room.  It is a sales dream.

The Role

  • To be the face of Collective to our key accounts, developing new and lasting client relationships. 
    Managing and maintaining client accounts.
  • Identifying,attracting and converting prospective clients.
  • Achieve revenue targets
  • Ensuring all client needs are met by liaising with all necessary internal and external parties.
  • Ensuring clients are always aware of best possible options and all sales opportunities are explored.
  • Site famils, contract negotiation and securing new business
  • Over-seeing and Coordinating events for key accounts

You

  • Will love hospitality and have at least 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
  • You will have previous experience in an account management role.
  • You will be resilient and highly motivated to succeed.
  • You will have a strong understanding of financial targets and how to strategically plan.
  • You will be comfortable working within Microsoft office, event management software and sales trackers/ spreadsheets.
  • You will understand that this is not a 9-5 role and that no two days are the same – this will excite you.
  • Will hold a full clean NZ drivers licence.
  • Have the right to live and work in New Zealand
