You'll need to have executive level capability and credibility as this is a vital position for the overall success of the business. In this role you'll lead a team covering all key accounts within grocery, and alternative accounts as well developing and driving a strategic direction that protects long-term brand equity while delivering on monthly targets. This will involve identifying strategic value drivers and formulating relevant business strategies around them, alignment with National Field Sales team and facilitating execution of National Key Account programs, and creating value levers beyond price / margin for customers. 

We're looking for real talent and ambition for this one! You'll have highly developed strategic, commercial and leadership skills at a senior level in a multi-channel FMCG environment. You must have strong grocery head office experience and demonstrated success in a key sales management role leading a team of commercially astute Account Managers and/or Business Managers.
