Sulco, offers the widest range of specialised automotive and mechanical hand tools and automotive workshop equipment available from any one supplier in NZ. Sulco operates from a modern 5,000 square meter office and warehouse facility in Manukau City. We offer timely solutions and complete back up after sales service.
The Role:
In this role you will be based on the road in a “mobile tool van” with stock and all the tools required to sell and seek new business opportunities,.
Products are sold directly from our “mobile tool van” or from head office, with the support of our customer service team in Manukau. You will assist our trade customers in finding the best products, to meet their needs, and ensure that they receive a superior service level.
Specific duties include:
- Visiting our trade customer base
- Developing and maintaining a structured itinerary
- Building lasting business relationships with new and existing customers
- Providing accurate and friendly advice superior to that of our competitors
- Maintaining a high standard of professional service.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A background in tools, industrial or trade services.
- Always wanting to improve yourself and sales.
- Achievement orientated, enthusiastic, motivated and a team player.
- A friendly and positive attitude.
- Clear communication style
- Good attention to detail
- experience in tool - as a sales representative or account manager is preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to learn!
Remuneration is by way of salary with a commission on sales. The more you sell the more you can earn. There is no cap on commission, the sky is the limit!
