We are looking for a person who seeks the responsibility and variety of a Sales Coordinator position involving a range of administration and sales support duties. The main aim of this role is to assist the Export & Cross-Value Innovation (CVI) Department to prepare proposals, respond to customer enquiries, and help with managing leads.
The key tasks the role is responsible for include:
- Being the department's first point of contact for all sales-related customer enquiries.
- Providing administration support to the export and business-development department
- Helping to put reports together on the department's activities against business and financial targets
- Maintaining the Sales Management System, ensuring data is up to date and accurate
- Identifying customer requirements and responding to requests for information, liaising with new and existing clients over the phone and by email
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing and presentation material for the export & CVI functions
- Receiving, processing and coordinating requests for quotations from internal & external customers
You will be a good team player, be able to work unsupervised, and prioritise your work load, and have good communication skills and a friendly disposition. You will need to be competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
