The Role
The shift;

  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9am – 7pm
  • Saturday 9am – 6.30pm
  • 39.5 hours per week

The right candidate for this role will be an administrator with customer service experience. Attention to detail will be the top of your skill set as you understand the importance of getting it right the first time. You will be an efficient processor as well as providing a high standard of customer service. Your ability to build relationships with your clients will come from a position of empathy and understanding, and your willingness to help people in need will shine through. You will be an honest and open person while consistently remaining professional.

Duties

  • Process loan applications
  • Maintain email inbox and incoming calls
  • Effectively communicate with customers
