We are seeking an energetic, driven person with a positive attitude and customer service background to join our team.

About the Company

Our client is a specialist SaaS/laaS company that modernises movement of data through organisations by providing a single repository for many data sources and a single source of truth to feed many data receivers.  The company is currently in a strong growth phase and needs to bring in additional skills to meet growing demand for its product.

 About the Role

Reporting to the GM for New Zealand you will work closely with clients to:

  • Provide support to clients by advising best use of the system, stepping them through trouble shooting procedures.
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management database
  • Providing training in person and via phone, including preparation of training material such as cheat sheets.
  • Assist the GM with generating sales leads via customer feedback and identification of new opportunities, with potential to take on increased sales representative duties over time as the incumbent becomes more familiar with the product.
  • Provide support to the WaterOutlook Team to deliver to customer expectations.

About You

  • A positive attitude, you will be outcome driven with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • With excellent verbal and written communication skills you will have a customer service background in a customer facing/front line role. 
  • You will thrive in an environment where you are challenged and be able to work well alone or as part of a small team.
  • You will have experience providing training and training documentation for clients.
  • A multitasker you will be adaptable, organised, detail focused and accurate with data. 
  • Experience using a CRM system is preferred.
  • A willingness to build professional skills to grow with the company.

As the role has some travel within New Zealand a full NZ drivers licence is required.
