With the continued growth in our Customer Care Centre we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-driven individual to join our Customer Care Team based in East Tamaki. This is a critical role responsible for the overall coordination of training for all staff.

Some specific duties will include:

  • Design and manage training sessions
  • Coordinate all inductions
  • Responsible for creating & updating all training material
  • Report weekly training hours
  • Arrange computer access and staff profiles for all staff
  • Special Projects

The successful applicant will have training experience, strong presentation skills, be an intermediate user of Microsoft Word and Excel and have good communication skills. Relevant qualifications will be advantageous.
