Orora Fibre Packaging focuses on responsive delivery of high-volume, fully-customised corrugated packaging and display solutions for leading brands across Australia and New Zealand. We also produce a range of standard products, including regular slotted containers, point-of-sale displays, shelf-ready and retail-ready packaging, heavy duty shipping boxes, pads and partitions, corrugated bulk bins, coatings and laminates. Our integrated offering includes research and technology, design, art and pre-press, innovation and e-Business tools and services to help customers differentiate their product and grow their business.

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join our team based in Auckland.

 

Reporting to the Auckland Sales Manager, you will be working on growing sales and building margins with existing customers within a set geographic location.

 

Your role will involve:

  • Proactively building new business
  • Designing, developing and coordinating new products
  • Maintaining sales contracts
  • Price negotiations
  • Problem solving analysis
  • Managing the customer database

 

Ideally you will have the following experience and skills:

  • Experience in the Packaging/FMCG industry is preferred
  • Ambition, with a solid history of being a top-performer with your given accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, with the ability to not only build effective customer relations, but maintain them also
  • Engaging with sharp negotiation skills. You are intelligent and commercially savvy.
  • Be able to provide technical and innovative solutions for your customers
  • Be disciplined, resilient, adaptable, persistent and enthusiastic
  • Be results focused, analytical and proactive
  • Exceptional time management skills.

 

We are looking for a team player with a professional ‘can-do’ attitude, who has a passion for building great relationships both internally and externally.
