Due to rapid growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team at Duncan & Ebbett for a newly created General Sales Manager role.

Duties include:

• Leading and motivating the sales team
• Manages day to day operations of the Sales team to ensure the achievement of key targets
• Works with Sales Executives to approve part purchases of used cars
• Ensures outstanding customer service from the sales team
• Establishes and monitors the sales teams training requirements
• Implements performance management
• Produce reporting of brand data
• Manages all car stock, new and used
• Ensure sales administration systems, reports and record keeping are accurate and on time

Skills required:

• Experience in the motor industry in a similar role, or a superstar sales executive looking to take the next step in their career
• Team leader experience
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
