You will be qualifying and presenting to customers . The key tasks for this role are generating, nurturing and closing leads. There will also be ongoing opportunities for development and advancement.
About the role
The primary focus is to ensure strong growth in sales and the development of a portfolio of target customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualifying and formulate strategies for growth.
Develop a sales strategy that covers key target markets and customers.
Sales reporting and manages the retention programs
Manages customer feedbacks.
Formulate communication strategies for reaching potential customers.
Develop strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of verbal and written English and Mandarin
High level of motivation and initiative, task oriented
Proactive, Adaptable, Flexible
Ability to quickly build rapport with customers at all levels
Have the ability to read customers and change style to suit the situation

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel and prior experience with CRM systems
