Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in Business to Business Sales? If so, look no further!
We are Spark New Zealand's premium channel partner and have a very special role to play in the company's strategic plan. To facilitate this, we are in a growth mode and need to fill this position urgently.
As an Account Manager – SME, your role is to sell Spark's products and solutions to existing and new accounts in the SME sector to maximize turnover and profit while hitting your personal targets and contributing to overall profitability, success and positive image of the company in the marketplace.
Key responsibilities:
• Implement the sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded in marketplace.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales.
• Identify new accounts within your territory to sell products and services into.
• Maintain a high-profile presence in the market place through the creation of win-win situations with customers that turn a sales relationship into a long-term commercial partnership.
• Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives.
• Provide excellence in sales and service by taking full ownership and accountability for all outstanding or historical issues that your clients may have with our Telecommunications partner
To succeed in this role, you must:
• Be Target and Results driven
• Be Computer literate and experienced in the use of CRM and Sales Pipeline Management applications
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be highly motivated to consistently delight your customers.
• Demonstrate high level of sales planning and selling skills
• Have proven experience in building and sustaining long term customer relationships
• Work well in a team environment
• Experience in the telecommunications and IT industry (desirable not essential)
• Minimum 1 year of Solution Selling experience in B2B
