We are on the hunt for a motivated and organised Business Development Manager to join our National Sales team, on a 12 month fixed-term contract. Hamilton is a new market that we are keen to tap into, therefore we are looking for a strong sales person with local market experience to hit the ground running, and make an immediate impact.
This role will be based in our new Hamilton office, and reporting into the National Sales Manager. You will be the only BDM in Hamilton and will be accountable for this whole region. You must enjoy working in a high-performance environment with a tight knit team, have a sense of humour, and a winning attitude.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- identifying opportunities and converting new business leads to sales
- understanding all facets of the StraitNZ business to provide solutions for new business customers
- achieving and exceeding targets as set by the National Sales Manager
- meeting all KPI’s and ensuring margin integrity is upheld for the Group.
