Our Client “Vynco”, are a leading distributor of electrical components both within New Zealand and abroad. They are looking for an energetic Sales Analyst to join their Auckland based team.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this varied role will be responsible for providing assistance to our dynamic sales, marketing and product teams. Your role will be a pivotal one, by supporting the growth of accounts and maintaining existing accounts. This will be achieved by conducting analysis of our market position and sales results.
For you to be effective in this role, you will have:
- Relevant degree/qualification and experience (ideally marketing or analysis)
- Outstanding inter-personal skills
- An enthusiastic, motivated and positive attitude
- The ability to employ initiative and work independently
- Excellent communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone and presentation
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Office and relevant software packages
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Target driven – with the ability to work to, and set, timely performance goals/targets and clear objectives
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- A strategic thinker who is a confident and competent decision maker
- A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities
- Competent reporting and analysis skills
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive commercial or personal information
