Based in Auckland in this newly created Account Management role, you will be tasked with the strategic development of a high profile client base along with organic growth developing new business within Ibex’s Roadway team.

Key areas of responsibility will include but will not be limited to;

  • Proactively meet & exceed sales targets in a manner that builds sustainable business growth
  • With your expert knowledge of the customer and their strategic direction you will position future solutions that position the company and the value we bring
  • Take absolute ownership of leads/opportunities and develop/deliver exceptional proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs and deliver technical solutions
  • Provide support and feedback for new marketing strategies to help promote the company brand

This is a tremendous opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional who has a true hunter’s instinct. Ideally you will have exposure to commercial lighting, however, if you have a proven track record in harnessing, fostering and developing relationships with key stakeholders, have a technical aptitude and have the ability to develop and implement sales strategy, I would like to hear from you.
