Start Date: ASAP

Your day to day tasks:

  • Answering calls and providing support for customers (both over the phone and via email)
  • Customer and supplier interaction 
  • On-boarding customers and following documented business processes 
  • Following up with both customers and suppliers 
  • Entering information into spreadsheets
  • The use of billing platform (training will be provided for this)

Location and hours:

  • Conveniently located in the CBD on Swanson Street
  • Monday – Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
