Start Date: ASAP Your day to day tasks:
- Answering calls and providing support for customers (both over the phone and via email)
- Customer and supplier interaction
- On-boarding customers and following documented business processes
- Following up with both customers and suppliers
- Entering information into spreadsheets
- The use of billing platform (training will be provided for this)
Location and hours:
- Conveniently located in the CBD on Swanson Street
- Monday – Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
