A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner to join a NZ owned organisation within the primary industries sector. Whilst the organisation has been around for years, the HR function is still being developed and you have the opportunity to be part of this….

Reporting into the GM HR, you will be based on site in Timaru and will provide proactive HR support to the diverse group of stakeholders. This really is an HR opportunity with huge diversity. You will work with managers, providing them with support across the full gambit of HR which means you are involved in recruitment, performance management, learning and development, engagement and employee relations. This really is a role with it all.

You will be commercially focused, build exceptional relationships and be comfortable working within a diverse and fast paced environment. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in and your pragmatic approach will be appreciated as well your ability to work in the grey. The business partner model is still being established so your ability to influence will be critical to your success.
