We’re building a leading global Super Premium wine company. Delegat is known for our iconic wine brands Oyster Bay from New Zealand and Barossa Valley Estate from Australia.
The opportunity
We are seeking a talented People & Performance Advisor to join our People and Performance team for a 12-month maternity cover. We’re a small team and we enjoy a collaborative working environment as we strive for exceptional results.
Reporting to the Group People and Performance Manager, this is a broad generalist role managing the below HR activity for part of our Global Sales team;
- All general HR advice on operational matters, employment relations queries considering local employment law and performance management.
- Delivery of the operational HR calendar including the performance and remuneration review process.
- Learning & Development advice and support.
- Attraction and Recruitment process delivery and support.
- On boarding and exiting processes.
- Health and Safety coordination.
- HRIS and HR Systems support.
About you
You will be an experienced HR advisor with the ability to demonstrate the below skills and experience;
- Previous HR advisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous recruitment experience.
- A strong attention to detail and drive to achieve high quality outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are key to build relationships in overseas markets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and highly collaborative style.
- Curious and willing to learn and develop.
- Comfortable working with, interpreting and analysing data.
- A relevant tertiary qualification and previous experience working with Australian teams would be an advantage.
