This is a 6 month contract and you’ll be providing short term assistance to support the growing recruitment needs, and to provide additional cover for a period of leave, within a large, complex not for profit organisation – you will value-add.
You’ll be doing:
- Forming strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Design and place advertisements for vacancies
- Screening applications and arranging interviews for shortlisted applicants
- Assisting with interviews
- Administer selection assessments
- Completing reference checks
- Managing vacancy and applicant databases
- Prepare employment agreements and conduct sign-ons
- Recruitment administration
- Lead, develop and implement project based initiatives to support recruitment practices
To thrive in this role you’ll have:
- Proven recruitment/HR experience
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Be passionate about all things HR
- Be results focused and highly motivated
- Have the ability to plan ahead, set priorities, meet deadlines
- Strong communication and relationship management experience
- The ability to multi task and attend to detail
- Have loads of energy!
- Be resilient and a lateral thinker
- Be empathetic
- Sound MS Office experience
