A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a market leading and established professional services firm. A newly created position, this is a critical hire for the business and they are looking for that special HR practitioner who will bring the right technical capability and the personality to match.
Reporting into the International CEO and supporting the NZ and Australian businesses this role is part of the senior leadership team and will play a key part in ensuring that the business has the right people, processes and systems in place to support the strategic objectives. As this is a newly created position, there is the opportunity to look at policies and processes and ensure that they are fit for purpose. Key areas of focus will be talent, engagement, succession, and learning and development.
We are looking for a forward thinking and progressive HR professional, who is comfortable operating in the “grey”, is commercially focused and tailors solutions to suit business needs. Your flexibility, collaborative style and strong relationship building skills will ensure your success in this fast paced and dynamic environment. Whilst not critical it would be beneficial for you have worked within professional services or supported engineers.
