The People & Culture Manager is responsible for supporting the strategic success of Cook Costello through the design, delivery and implementation of our People & Culture strategy. 

The role provides both strategic and operational expertise to the leadership team and all employees on all people related matters, including recruitment and performance management, professional development, reward and recognition, and HR systems. 

Moreover, this individual focuses on growing a company culture that fosters innovation and growth whilst embodying the Cook Costello values.

 

What we need you to deliver and be responsible for;

People Resources Management

  • Recruitment & On-boarding: Manages full-cycle recruitment, selection and on-boarding activities, always looking for ways to innovate and improve the process and the Candidate Experience.
  • Performance management: Designs and manages the company-wide performance management process.
  • Training and development: Designs training and development process to allow all employees to grow in their roles and careers at Cook Costello.
  • Policies and Compliance:  Develops and administers HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.  Creates, communicates and revises HR policies and practices in alignment with business needs.
  • Employee Relations:  Provides proactive and specialised employee relations advice and consultation to leaders to build and maintain a high performing and engaged team.
  • Organisational Change:  Supports business leaders with workforce planning, planning, implementing and communicating organisational changes.
  • HR Administration: Supports roll out of time tracking system, processing of payroll, administration of benefits, record keeping and maintenance of employee files and other related documents.
