As Partnerships and Event Manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic partnerships and events strategy that enhances organisational reputation and builds on Engineering New Zealand’s vision to bring engineering to life. You will lead the development of strategies to increase revenue through funding, advertising and sponsorship and have a proven track record in strategically managing a compelling events portfolio.
 
The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop an advertising strategy that identifies new channels and opportunities while maintaining and building on current client relationships.
 
To be considered for this role you will have experience in a similar partnerships and events position; have strong stakeholder engagement skills; and be technically proficient with an appreciation for digital transformation.
 
You’ll be known for your can-do attitude, an ability to prioritise and as someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you will have proven management and leadership skills with the ability to inspire both your direct reports and the broader team.
