The opportunity
Working as part of the wider Customer Experience team, the WorkflowMax & Practice Manager specialist is responsible for resolving queries and supporting our customers in the successful use of the Practice Manager and WorkflowMax products as part of our Practice Products team. The majority of our CX queries are sent via email and we usually respond the same way, however sometimes it’s easier to talk someone through a particularly curly issue, so you will need great verbal communication skills to pick up the phone and call as needed.

Our ideal candidate has:

- Experience in a customer service role
- An interest in technology and information systems
- Fantastic written & verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach to work
- Drive to learn and be part of a fun, friendly, high performing team in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
- Experience with WorkflowMax, Xero Partner Products (Xero Practice Manager and Workpapers), Xero or other Accounting software is desirable
