Based at our Wellington Prestige Dealership, you will be part of our Service department team acting as the liaison between our technicians and our customers. You will have the ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences, and will have impeccable service skills. You will need to be highly organised and good at multi-tasking.


On a day to day basis, you'll be scheduling bookings and ensuring that our customers understand what is going to happen to their vehicle. You'll also make sure that our technicians know what is required for the day whilst allowing a good flow of communication to ensure timeframes and customer expectations are met.


While previous experience within the automotive industry is advantageous, we are interested in talking to people who have a proven background in a similar role, having shown dedication in providing excellent customer service along with possessing a great work ethic. We pride ourselves on our ability to understand each customer's individual needs, with knowledgeable advice at all stages of the servicing process.


Ideally, you will have:
 

  • Great Experience & Dedication in a Customer Service Role
  • Exceptional Communication Skills
  • Great Attention to Detail
  • Great IT System Knowledge & Skills
  • High Levels of Personal Presentation
  • A Full Valid NZ Drivers Licence
