ICMS is an established Debt Recovery and Credit Reporting business based on the North Shore. We work actively with a diverse range of clients that specialize in commercial and consumer debt. We assist our clients by managing their debtors and improving their cash flow utilizing methods from outbound calling to managing commercial litigation and investigating fraud incidents.

We currently have opportunities for enthusiastic Account Managers to join our energetic and motivated team. In this role you will be required to actively manage a portfolio of debtors and collect and enforce debts that are outstanding to our clients.

Duties for this role include:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls with debtors.
• Updating and locating debtors details using a number of search tools and databases.
• Obtaining payment for outstanding debts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements where necessary in accordance to collection and client strategies.
• Efficiently manage a collection portfolio according to internal and client strategies.

To be considered for this role you must possess a good command of spoken and written English as well as have a blend of confidence, curiosity, persistence and have the ability to consistently perform at a high level. You must also be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment to achieve team goals.

Previous experience in debt recovery or similar role would be advantageous.
