About the role:
We have been operating a successful Project Management Office on an exciting customer site for over 2 years and have successfully extended this for another 3 years.
Due to this growth we are needing an experienced project coordinator to bring strong financial skills to support a team of up to 7 Project Managers.
You will be working with an enthusiastic, inclusive and creative team where you will be well supported in your role.
You will be responsible for:
- Monthly forecasting of budgets
- Managing PO process
- Strong administration skills to ensure proper PMO governance
- Some vendor management
- Identifying key areas for process improvement
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience using SAP ideally
- Excel and Sharepoint skills
- Experience with a time sheeting system would be a bonus
- Administration background
