As a Technical Analyst working within the Digital and Integration Delivery Team, you’ll support Foodies stakeholders throughout the agile delivery process by eliciting requirements and managing user stories and backlogs, while also providing a technical and business analysis function. You’ll be using modern techniques, toolsets, and paradigms to deliver highly automated and scalable solutions that support high profile internal and external applications and integrations.
Foodies (Foodstuffs North Island) supports a network of almost 350 independently owned and operated stores, operates one of the largest property portfolios in the country and is rolling out a significant portfolio of transformative IT initiatives and our key objective is to ensure we’re providing platforms and solutions to deliver market leading customer digital experiences.
About you:
With strong experience working within an Agile environment, you will be a certified Scrum Master. A skilled relationship builder, you will excel as a highly cross functional liaison within our business. At the same time, you are highly technical, passionate about technology and capable of engaging with techies.
Tertiary qualified, with a passion for customer service, key to your success will also include;
• Ideally a minimum of 3 years working in an agile environment either as a Technical Analyst, Agile Business Analyst, or Product Owner.
• Experience with data and process modelling
• Exposure to continuous integration/continuous delivery
• Familiarity with architectural concepts/practices would be advantageous
• Experience in online commerce, large enterprise, or cloud technologies would be advantageous
