We consider our people a critical aspect of our success and now have an opportunity for an Oracle Fusion Middleware Technical Consultant specializing in WebLogic and Exalogic Administration and Consulting to join our Auckland or Wellington Practice.

About you

You have a strong background consulting and administrating across the Automation of Infrastructure as a code across Puppet, Jenkins and Ansible with ideally knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware suite of products. This has given you all the skills and experience to thrive as a Consultant in a high performing Professional Services environment. You are passionate about growing the technology industry in New Zealand and keen to learn from Specialists and Consulting Leaders alike to develop your field of expertise. We offer challenging projects and world class training opportunities throughout Deloitte, and so we look for talented people to lead by example. For you, this means your responsibilities will cover (but not limited to);

• Providing and delivering technical consulting and administration services around Puppet, Jenkins and Ansible, plus other DevOps tools.
• Understand client requirements, define business processes and prepare/review technical documentation.
• Responsible for design phases of technical and solution architectures, requirements analysis and system roadmaps.
• Security policies related to Infrastructure architecture and performance tuning 
• Participate in project meetings and status meetings with onsite consultants and clients, as well as provide leadership and guidance to a team of functional and technical consultants.
• Ability to communicate and engage with different project stakeholders within the organization at all levels to deliver exceptional client service.

On top of your technical abilities you should ideally have experience in a Tier 1 Consulting / Professional services firm, effective communication to assist with stakeholder management. Any industry expertise in either Public Sector, Healthcare, Insurance, Banking and/or Manufacturing would be highly beneficial. You should pride yourself on providing the same high quality service that is expected and delivered from one of New Zealand’s largest and most respected professional services firms.
