The role
As the Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for delivery and execution of various Market Research projects which includes product and service refinement, pricing research, brand perceptions, market tracking and customer satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to lead team meetings/projects, run training/coaching sessions to upskill the team and maintain key client relationships (internal departments and third party suppliers).
Together with the team, you need to ensure all analysis is implemented using best practice techniques and delivery of analysis is tailored to the audience across the business. There will be projects across multiple competencies - Business Reporting, Digital Analytics and Statistical Modelling that require your assistance.
The requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate
- 5+ year’s experience as a Market Researcher
- Expertise in Market Research tools (SAS, SPSS, Engage, Qualtrics)
- Effective communication skills with team members and management team
- Experience coaching, mentoring, training or leading a team
This role would suit someone with a background working in large companies with large amount of customer data.
