Manage a team of 3 service desk agents
Set customer service standards: KPI’s and Reports as per SLA’s
Establish best practices through the entire call center process
Establish Constant Improvement routine
Work with other line managers and assist thru the transformation phase

Profile

Must have had management experience within Service Desk
Must have a commercial knowledge of running a service desk.
Strong technology experience
