- Manage a team of 3 service desk agents
- Set customer service standards: KPI’s and Reports as per SLA’s
- Establish best practices through the entire call center process
- Establish Constant Improvement routine
- Work with other line managers and assist thru the transformation phase
Profile
- Must have had management experience within Service Desk
- Must have a commercial knowledge of running a service desk.
- Strong technology experience
