  • Manage a team of 3 service desk agents
  • Set customer service standards: KPI’s and Reports as per SLA’s
  • Establish best practices through the entire call center process
  • Establish Constant Improvement routine
  • Work with other line managers and assist thru the transformation phase

Profile

  • Must have had management experience within Service Desk
  • Must have a commercial knowledge of running a service desk.
  • Strong technology experience
