PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE

We are seeking for Telemarketer that is bilingual in both English and Mandarin/Hindi as you will be handling Mandarin/Hindi speaking clients(Asian Market).
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Monthly Revenue - Achieve / exceed quota targets.
- Sales strategies - Develops effective and specific territory plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. Develop relationships in new and existing customers and leverage to drive strategy through organization.
- Trusted advisor - Establishes relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value ( value of solutions related doors and windows, value of implementation expertise). Builds a foundation on which to harvest future business opportunities.
- Advance and close sales opportunities - through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with and support call center and marketing team on negotiation of close strategy and contracting.
- Support all marketing promotions and events in the territory
- Understand HRV sales models
- Work actively with more Senior Sales consultants to develop sophistication in sales and negotiation skills.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Experience in sales(General Sales, Heating and Cooling,Ventilation) is preferred but not absolutely necessary
- The WANT to learn new solutions
- Proven experience of new customer relationship development
- You MUST be a team player
- Fluent in English and Mandarin/Hindi as you will be handling Mandarin/Hindi speaking clientele(Asian Market)
- Experience in outbound cold calling preferred
