1st Level Support Analyst
Debitsuccess is seeking to engage a customer-focused 1st Level Support Analyst to provide 1st Level support to its internal employees. This position is the first point of contact for all IT related incidents and requests reported to the Service Desk. It includes the day to day monitoring and support of the core IT infrastructure, consisting of MS Windows Desktop and Servers (Windows 10, Windows Server 2012R2 and 2016). It also involves working with O365 and mobile/telephony solutions, along with supporting the CRM platform and other in-house applications.
The person will be required to deliver consistently high customer service while striving for a high level of first time resolution across hardware, software and application incidents and requests. This position involves working closely with the entire team which provides great opportunity for career development. Sought after Skills and Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or industry certifications
- 1+ years’ experience on a Helpdesk or Service Desk
- Active Directory, VMWare,
- Experience with a CRM platform
- Mobile device iOS, Android
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Great trouble shooting and problem solving skills
- A team player and willing to learn
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first level support to users, AD, O365, Office Suite and Windows 10
- Provide first level support to users of our CRM platform
- Carry out daily, weekly, monthly routine monitoring of all systems
- Management of users accounts, account queries in AD and the CRM system along with the Zeacom phone system
- Updating tickets in Jira management tool
- Procure all Desktop computers and peripherals for all departments within Debitsuccess
- Maintain Asset management system
- Possess a general understanding of networks and printing connectivity
- Provide excellent customer service to all users
- Mobile support on iPhone and Samsung would be considered beneficial
- Proactively maintain technical knowledgebase
Experience:
We want to hear from people with 1+ years of commercial experience in a Helpdesk/Service Desk environment. The person needs to have a good understanding of the Microsoft fleet of applications. Any experience with a CRM platform, Zeacom phone system or PCI security standards will be looked on favourably.
Qualifications (preferred):
A tertiary or equivalent qualification in a relevant IT area
Relevant industry certifications
