We are well established IT Support and Hosting Company Providing IT Support and VoiP/Networking to Small to Medium Sized Companies Primarily on the North Shore.
Our business is continuing to grow and we are looking for an experienced Desktop/Server Field Engineer to support our growing client base.
The role is very varied and we need a good all-rounder who is motivated and prepared to go the extra mile to get the job done.
You will need to be someone who is customer service orientated and who has excellent communication skills.
Ideally you will have the following experience:
- Must have solid Desktop Hardware Skills.
- Good networking and PC Connectivity Skills
- Router/Networking Skills
- Must Have excellent /Windows 7/8/10 and MS Office Skills.
- Any of the following would be a bonus but not essential
- Microsoft Qualified
- Cloud/Virtualisation Skills
- VOIP Installations/Configuration
- Office 365
- Advanced Network and WAN Skills
- Server
