Temporary Contact Centre Outbound position available, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.
Working for a busy IT company you will have previous experience outbound calling , excellent customer service skills, a polite and positive welcoming manner and exceptional verbal communication.
The ability to build rapport immediately with every customer and work well under pressure remaining calm.
