The Senior Application Support Analyst is a new role for the business where you contribute to the ongoing support and management of a wide range business applications. You will utilise your experience to lead workshops/meetings with business partner and leaderships teams to ensure that the applications are not only being fully utilised but also there are future proofed for the business as they continue to meet and achieve the business goals. You will be involved in delivering technical projects within an agile framework, along with supporting a 24/7 operations.

The successful candidate will be a competent and experienced analyst who not only is technically proficient, but is also an excellent communicator across all levels and a diverse range of people.  You will be a team player, highly inquisitive and someone who strives to constantly push the boundary, innovate, and lead from the front.

Technical skills you will need include:

  • Have strong experience with the Microsoft product suite including O365, Skype for business, Dynamics, SharePoint, Teams, Groups, SQL, Power BI
  • Configuring SASS applications
  • Delivery and design of technical projects within an agile framework
  • Documentation (creating knowledge base articles that others can follow)
