The Role 
Because of their phenomenal growth, we have been asked to assist in the identification of a skilled Business Analyst to join the Programme Delivery team.    This role will own the BA function for a range of new system and process initiatives, supporting the organisation’s growth and continual improvement.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with stakeholders and internal teams to establish and document user requirements for key projects and initiatives
• Engaging with the business to assist in the development of underwriting and claims systems to support all lines of business
• Developing/maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes and systems
• Identifying change management opportunities to leverage the rollout of new technology solutions
• Working with the technology teams and the business to identify areas for enhancement to support continuous improvement
• Support the development, planning and delivery of training for systems and processes
• Assist in functional and UAT test phases to ensure business requirements are represented in test plans and functionality works as expected
• Perform team lead duties: reporting to management, supervising, delegating workloads

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

• A minimum of 3-5 years’ commercial experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven ability to analyse and document business and user requirements; and to recommend solutions options
• Experience in modelling and mapping business processes
• Previous involvement in Digital customer facing projects, creating innovative digital experiences for partners and end consumers
• Experience in the development, planning and delivery of user training
• Expertise in MS Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
