About the role:
This is not a full scoping exercise, you will focus on understanding end user requirements and ensure the necessary tools are built. In addition to solid .Net experience, a strong Excel and VBA background is required because Excel spreadsheets worked in the early 2000s but it is time to consolidate these!
About you:
You are an intermediate .Net developer looking for a 3 month contract on the 9th of July, with the possibility of it being extended on a monthly basis thereafter. You will work independently and have an ability to govern own workload while engaging with end users.
You will have:
• solid knowledge of object oriented programming (OOP);
• values clean and maintainable code;
• very strong Excel/VBA background
• proven experience integrating with third party API's
• good organization skills and ability to write functional documentation
• ability to collaborate with the users and understand the business requirements
• keen desire to learn and share knowledge
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of RESTful web services
• Cloud Knowledge
