The Role
We're looking for an experienced front-end engineer who has a passion for mentoring other engineers, designing high-level systems (but also building out the details), and improving patterns and processes.
You live and breathe JavaScript - you've been an expert for a number of years, but also know the latest frameworks and practices. You'll be working with engineers in our front end practice, or "guild", who are spread across cross-functional teams, and are all exceptionally motivated, skilled, and fun to work with.
You'll establish coding standards and best practices for the team through leading by example and producing high-quality code. Knowledge transfer sessions will be a regular part of your schedule. You'll anticipate the needs of other engineers, and course-correct in plenty of time because you've got an eye on what's coming up.

Requirements
Ideally, we would like to see:
In-depth JavaScript knowledge with solid experience in React JS and TypeScript
Solid experience in architecture, design, creation and delivery of SaaS solutions built on AWS
Experience in leading high-performing teams, or providing technical leadership
