Wintel Engineer - Active Directory Specialist

In conjunction with the rest of the Technology Delivery Team the AD Specialist is responsible for ensuring our customer’s environment is available and providing support services to maintain the availability and reliability of a customer's core infrastructure. The role is critical in ensuring our customers can look after their customers.

 

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate significant experience in managing AD environments and a solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure.

 

From an experience and qualifications perspective you will demonstrate a solid history working in a similar environment, preferably in a managed services/outsourcing relationship. You will have worked or be ready to work in  large enterprise environments and be appropriately qualified with MCSE and at least two other vendor certifications.

 

You can demonstrate deep knowledge of systems, applications, operational management and support tools.

As a technical leader you display thought leadership, an understanding of industry best practice and you have very good verbal and written communication skills.

 

You value sharing knowledge and naturally mentor and coach other team members, developing the overall capability of the team, focusing on high standards and achievement of results against Datacom customer commitments.
