Software Delivery Manager

As the successful Software Delivery Manager, you will provide leadership in the development and deployment of new and ongoing enterprise technology initiatives. The position plays a key role in managing and executing technology solutions and leading the proposal of strategic roadmaps.
  
You will be responsible for managing multiple teams to deliver complex software solutions, having an impact across the business. Vital to your success in this position will be your ability to direct and coordinate Team leader's, across multiple locations, in the delivery of software projects from idea to implementation. 
  
You will proactively lead teams of software developers, BA's, Testers and vendors to deliver high quality products, inspiring and motivating others to high performance.
  
To be successful you will need:
8+  years of proven IT leadership and business experience in a software delivery environment
Proven track record of managing large enterprise software development / deployment projects
Experience leading functional and technical teams from a senior management level.
Demonstrated ability to influence, educate and interact with diverse teams 
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Ability to lead / manage the delivery of a projects supporting business goals and strategy
Demonstrated ability to engage with 3rd party vendors.
Extensive experience with formal SDLC methodologies such as Agile.
