We are a rapidly-growing information and cyber security consultancy based in Auckland, serving New Zealand and Australia-based clients. We are looking for a certified and experienced penetration tester to join our existing team of pen-testers and security consultants.
You would be working in a small team of hard-working professionals who live and breath information security and who are active across not only pen-testing but many other areas of security and business risk management. You would also be working directly the leaders and directors of the business, and have the opportunity to assist in areas of interest outside your primary role. We are a technology-enabled business, using best-of-breed and cutting-edge toolsets for both security and general efficiency, as well as occassionally writing our own applications for specific needs.
We like very smart self-starters who get things done. Smart; organised; gets things done - those are the main criteria we'd like you to convince us on, beyond your skill and experience level. We have very high standards for quality, particularly around customer facing interactions and outputs, and we emphasise clear thinking and clear communication both internally and with respect to our market.
You would be expected to work on-site in a modern, fun, open-plan work environment in an ideal central Auckland location. You would be working with overseas customers and partners and so some out-of-hours communications would be required sometimes also.
We're primarily looking for qualitative fit - we'd like to get the right person on the bus. Long term, senior-level experience is not critical. But this is a technical role requiring hit-the-ground-running skill-sets, so we'd like to hear from you if you have proven your expertise and experience with relevant employment history and technical certifications such as OSCP, CEH, GPEN, GAWN, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, PCI PA-QSA, ISO 27001 LA/LI.
