Bring your Scrum Master skills to successfully coach and support existing technical teams to higher performance through the disciplined application of Agile engineering models.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity for someone to work within a cutting-edge financial sector organisation.

This role is crucial to ensuring successful business outcomes, by organizing and facilitating sprint and release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. This role will see ensure that teams are embracing and practising core Agile principles and determining and removing all obstacles that may interfere with the ability of teams to deliver assigned goals.

This role will be supporting the infrastructure platform team, so experience working within the infrastructure arena is desirable

To be successful in this role we would expect you to have a proven track record of successfully managing complex and large Agile teams. Banking/Financial industry experience would be desirable but not essential to the role.

To be successful - you will bring:

• 3+ years' experience in an Agile coaching/mentoring role
• Experience in organisational transformation or change management
• Working knowledge of agility principles and practices of various agile frameworks or methodologies e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM 1) desirable
