We are seeking an experienced Web developer with a proven record of web development and deployment to join our highly skilled software design team. As part of the design team at Coherent Solutions, you will help develop state-of-art test equipment for the photonics and telecommunication industry.
Your responsibilities include developing the web application components for the instrumentation. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving existing web components.
You must have:
- At least 2 years of commercial experience with front end tools: HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap, CSS3.
- Experience with back end tools: Python, Flask
- Experience with a rigorous software development cycle.
- Experience with team-based designs.
- Experience with revision control such as GIT.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- OS scripting: Linux (bash), Windows (bat)
- Front end experience with: CSS preprocessor experience, such as Sass or Less
- Exposure to digital signal processing.
- Exposure to digital telecommunication systems.
- Back end experience: C/C++
