Be part of this exciting future by joining our Digital Services team. We are seeking an experienced service delivery and business-level application Lead to join our team to lead a transformation of our services.
If you are an experienced service Lead and are looking for a new challenge, then this is your chance to be part of a customer focused team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 5+ years of experience implementing ITIL service lifecycles
- exceptional customer service skills
- expert-level service design, delivery and continuous improvement
- well-developed business level applications support
- ability to lead and support change
- ability to problem solve and adapt to changing customer requirements
- well-developed communication and collaboration skills
- a positive team-oriented, can-do attitude
