About the role

We are seeking the addition of an innovative and enthusiastic individual with a high level of proficiency within Revit and associated software systems to aid in the following tasks:

1. Support clients with digital deliverables for construction project implementations, in a timely and effective manner that ensures high quality output and high levels of customer satisfaction
2. Work collaboratively with external consultants and/or clients in order to provide BIM coordination and modelling services
3. Internal BIM systems and/or workflow development - requiring a high level of proficiency within Revit
4. Assist in modelling complex 3D environments for visualization and project coordination

Skills and experience

• Application should have a qualification in architecture, engineering or building science, ideally with a minimum of three years work experience in a related field

• Experience working with the NZ building code

•  In depth working knowledge of current BIM software / workflows

•  A working understanding of Rhino, Grasshopper, and/or Dynamo is highly desirable

•  Ability to manage time productively, maximise efficiency and meet challenging goals

•  Experience in a commercial project driven environment is essential
