Niche architectural studio, seeks a Project Architect or Architectural Technician to join the team.
Working in the hotel sector, this architectural studio is very busy and demand for their services is high. They have several projects that require a Senior Architect or Senior Technician to take the lead in delivery. Working in a small a team or possibly by yourself, you will pick the work up and be expected to take it through to completion. Design, planning, working drawing and site management may fall into your remit, depending on what stage the project is at. You will need to comfortable and able to work in these stages, with minimal supervision and the utmost care.
To be considered for this role you will be a Senior Architect or Senior Technician and possess:
a minimum of 8 years’ experience
an understanding of NZ building and associated technical regulations and the ability to produce quality annotated drawings
New Zealand work experience – with a portfolio of completed projects
the ability to prepare tender and construction drawings as a part of a team
Revit expertise.
